IVA Providers In Ireland

The IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) is a legal debt help tool that exists as part of the Insolvency Act 1986 in the UK. The IVA product does not exist in Ireland so BEWARE! of any organisations in Ireland advertising IVA's or supposed 'Irish IVA' type services.

The Debt Advice Team works in partnership with Irelands largest insolvency practitioners and we are concerned that some supposed debt help organisations are advertising 'Irish IVA' services via the internet and referring to them as Formal Schemes of Arrangement.
